Stairway Monster

This guy is a much more pleasant version of a very creepy monster from a dream I had.  Surprisingly, it wasn't a nightmare at all XD  I wanted to give his skin a very unnatural, burned scarring look to it.  This is still semi-wip  pending possible feedback.
